Best of the best. Not only is Dr Labrant incredibly knowledgeable and a special doctor, but her bedside manner is everything you would hope for whether during labor or a physical exam. I’ve never felt safer or better taken care of by another doctor.

She was excellent. She took time to listen to you and understand what you were feeling. The nurse was very nice as well. Dr took her time to make sure she knew what was going on and understood your medical background She was very knowledgeable and her bedside manner was exceptional great.

I followed Dr. Lia Labrant from her prior group. This is a lovely new office and Dr. Labrant is always great, thorough and takes the time to discuss any questions.

Overall, grateful to have been introduced. But the experience was not a good one. Being kept for an hour in the waiting room after having driven an hour does not make a patient feel valued or cared about. And hiring assistants who don’t know how to be polite or kind in a medical setting is not appropriate. Both of these are within the doctors power to adjust - Doctor should not be overscheduling new patients if not familiar with an new office/protocol/flow. Additionally, once I was “in the appointment“ - being left in a flimsy paper “shirt“ while being able to hear the doctor speak loudly on the phone, laughing and enjoying the conversation, was very upsetting. Dr should wait to make phone calls once there are not human beings freezing in the next room, waiting for over half an hour to be seen. This feedback will be left online, in the hopes that the doctor makes necessary adjustments to their schedule, and office assistants. Human beings matter, and their time and energy is not to be taken advantage of no matter how many medical degree one has. Thank you.

I had to wait 21/2 hours to be seen but when Dr. LaBrant arrived she was very thorough I need, however, a rx for a mammogram
